Mark you calendar for this free resource mapping for parents/guardians, business leaders, elected officials, school employees, law enforcement, parole and probation officers, county agencies, health care providers, social workers, service providers, coaches, volunteers, etc.
Together we will:
✓ identify the strengths and opportunities present in the community
✓ examine the existing challenges and barriers for families and children
✓ examine the existing work toward addressing challenges and barriers
✓ identify the gaps in service and supports
✓ and provide data and information to develop a shared vision and plan
